Richfleet isn't a proof of concept — it's an award-winning fleet management platform, and this engagement was about keeping it fast and dependable as it grew.

The Challenge

Richfleet earned Bangladesh's National ICT Award in the Industrial Transport category in 2019. Staying worthy of that as transaction volume grew meant the data layer needed real attention.

The Work

The core of the engagement was restructuring schemas and rewriting slow queries so the platform could handle growing volume without sacrificing accuracy, alongside new features shipped for major enterprise clients — including bKash and Banglalink, whose own fleet deployment ran on the same backend.
