Yes, we require an upfront deposit before starting work. The exact payment schedule — deposit, milestones, and final payment — depends on the project, and we'll agree on it with you before we begin.
It depends on the type of project. For projects where design matters most, we'll ask for your logo, brand colors, and any existing brochures or marketing material. For more complex projects where business logic matters more than visual design, we'll need a clear picture of your business workflow and requirements.
For custom client projects, you own the code and design outright — we don't retain any rights. That's different for our own SaaS products, which we build and continue to own ourselves.
We'll always do our best to accommodate reasonable requests. That said, significant changes in scope — ones that need extra time or resources — may come with an additional charge, which we'll always discuss and agree with you upfront before doing the work.
