Behind every "Book a Pickup" button on a courier's website is a chain of systems that has to work flawlessly under real load — this project was that chain, for one of Bangladesh's largest logistics providers.

The Challenge

The booking and shipment-tracking experience needed a backend that could keep pace with a nationwide delivery network without slowing down or leaking data, even during the busiest booking windows.

Under the Hood

A microservices architecture coordinated order intake, tracking, and fulfillment across the network, engineered to comfortably absorb bursts of hundreds of thousands of requests per hour. Rate limiting, authentication, and defensive API design were built in from the start.
