Field Force

Field agents collect cash all day, across dozens of stops. Someone has to reconcile every taka of it — reliably, every time.

The Brief

Field Force is a workforce-management platform used by distribution and sales organizations to track field agents and the transactions they handle on daily visits.

The Build

The main contribution was the cash management module — recording, reconciling, and reporting money collected by field staff as they moved between customer stops. A second client, with different operational needs, meant extending other modules on the same shared platform without duplicating logic between the two.

The Outcome

Practical backend feature work on a live, multi-tenant field-operations application already serving two distinct client teams in production.
